6.5 What Is Tramlining?
The
creation of a single track with each pass of the seeder, resulting in a
pair of tracks on which the boom spray is operated. The spray boom is
double the width of the seeder Generally operations run up the paddock and
back, not round and round. Seeders with two marker arms make the
positioning of the tracks more accurate.
